1. I am grateful that all 5 of Zoey's caterpillars built cocoons. I'm also grateful that I was able to transfer them over without any of them falling off of the paper. They are now in the butterfly habitat.
2. I am grateful that we don't have swimming lessons tomorrow. I'm grateful for a day that I don't have to be out the door with three kids by 7:30.
3. I am grateful that Tara called and wants to meet us at the Splash Park. It will be fun to get out and get together with family tomorrow.
4. I am grateful that Zoey was in charge of dinner tonight and that she wanted store bought cardboard pizzas. It was a quick, easy dinner to make; especially when I forgot I was supposed to go visiting teaching.
5. I am grateful for a patient piano teacher for my kids. I'm glad that she is patient with Jo when Jo gets frustrated and I'm grateful that she helped Owen's first piano lesson turn out fun. He was so excited to come home and show me where middle C was.

I'm glad you invited me to read your blog. I like the idea of being grateful. You remember Grandma Owen's sayings that she had on the fridge? Well one she had said, "The grateful heart is not only the greatest virtue but the parent of all others," written by Cicero. I enjoy reading about your family.
