Barbecue Chicken Salad Surprise

So, I decided that Owen and Nathan couldn't have all the fun. I wanted to experiment with food, too. Actually, what happened was we had some leftovers that needed to be used up so, I mixed them all together and Ta Da! My kids actually LOVED it and asked to have it again this week. I'm hoping I remember enough to make it again.

I know, they look so thrilled, but they really did like it.
