Jo's school book

Josie made this book at school. It's so funny to me how different my kids' lives are from the one I had growing up. To them, "farm life" is just the way it is. I loved my childhood, but this is a completely different way for a child to grow up. It's fun for me to see how it affects them. To my kids, animals are just a way of life. I just thought I'd share her book. I'll interpret because the pictures aren't the greatest. I think she did a great job!! Enjoy!

"My farm"

"My farm has chickens. They are going to lay eggs like this" "I have pigs too. They are butchered"

"I have lambs. 6 to be exact. They are getting killed, too" "I have a dog. He's the last one. He followed me to the bus stop one day."

"I have some tractors. I do not know how many." "I love my farm."
