So, the last few days have been crazy. I went to the laundromat, babysat, tried to get stuff ready for taxes, did piano, library, and everything else. I feel like there's not enough room left in the day. So, I haven't posted these pictures yet. I decided to hurry and post them tonight even though it's late. Last night, Matt came and washed the floor. He said that when the floor is wet, it shows what it will look like when it's all done. He let me walk on the floor to see what everything would look like. I took my camera. These are pictures of the washroom all washed up. I LOVE it!! I think it's going to look great!
This morning he came back and we decided that there was some touch up washing that could be done, the floor wasn't completely dry, and I already had plans to be gone tomorrow so tomorrow is when the topcoat will happen. Apparently it stinks pretty bad. And the furnace and fireplace need to be off. All good reasons to be gone. I might even need to go out to lunch after my volunteering and taxes are done. But I do need to be back for some haircuts. Hopefully my customers will be understanding about the smell.

It looks so good! It kind of reminds me of a tiger eye, at least from the pictures. Is that about the right color? I'm so excited for it to be done!
